Sacha is an International media & technology entrepreneur, senior executive, board level director and investor with over 18 years experience in the digital media & adtech sector.

 

He co-founded ad pepper media (FRA: APM) in 1998. He helped to build the company up to 75MM USD. The company counted close to 300 employees across Europe and the US.  He participated in the successful IPO of the company in 2000, raising over 50MM EUR in the process and achieving a listing valuation of 220MM USD on the Frankfurt stock exchange.

 

Over his 14 years’ tenure at ad pepper media he led the company's product, corporate and strategic development activities in the fields of:

• Display Advertising

• Adserving

• Real Time Bidding (RTB)

• Demand Side Platform technology

• Lead Generation

• Email Marketing

• Affiliate Marketing

• SEO/SEM

• Audience Measurement

 

Throughout this period he led and co-led:

• M&A transactions: Over 20 Digital Media acquisitions including Webgains, Crystal Semantics, Emediate, Ad Agents;

• Strategic investments: In dMarc Broadcasting, Brand Affinity Technologies, Socialtyze and Videovalis.

 

He is also co-founder of multi-screen real-time advertising platform provider Adbrain, co-founder and managing partner of Private Equity group Scala Ventures, senior advisor to Corporate Finance firm LD&A Jupiter - Lorentz, Deschamps and Associates. He holds various Non Executive Director and Advisory Board Member positions with US and European digital media and technology companies.

 

With a multi-cultural background, Sacha has lived and worked in 10 countries over 4 continents. As a result, he is fluent in English, French, Spanish and German.
